Equipped with a high-precision servo drive, this servo filter cartridge end cap welder efficiently processes end caps ranging from 10 to 20 inches in diameter. The end caps utilize innovative infrared non-contact heating, while the hot plate filter cap welding machine precisely heats the filter element or meltblown filter membrane. The end caps and membrane (or meltblown filter) are then rapidly welded together through a controlled cooling and forming process. This fully automatic filter cap welding machine ensures a highly secure seal and exceptional product quality after welding, seamlessly handling various filter membrane materials such as PP, PES, and PTFE.
