Advantages

Two filter elements can be produced simultaneously. Our filter length joining machine utilizes a robust and reliable mold structure, providing the necessary stability and support for precise and efficient filter length extension. It utilizes a double-ended hot plate heating method to melt and prepare the two filter components for welding. After heating the filters into position, the filter elements are pneumatically brought together using guide rails for melting. This meticulous process ensures a strong and durable weld, ensuring the integrity of the extended filter.
