Introduction

This equipment is used for welding filter element end caps. Equipped with a servo drive, it can weld end caps 10-20 inches in diameter. The end caps utilize infrared non-contact heating, which heats the filter element or meltblown filter membrane on a hot plate. The end caps and membrane (or meltblown filter) are then welded together through cooling and forming. This ensures a secure seal and high product quality after welding. It can weld filter membrane materials such as PP, PES, and PTFE.

Advantages

During the welding process of the filter element end cap, the filter membrane or melt-blown filter is melted by a hot plate, and the end cap is heated using infrared technology, which is a non-contact method that protects the material from direct heat damage. It is capable of welding various filter membrane materials such as PP, PES, PTFE, glass fiber, nylon, PVDF, etc.
