Small Flow Pneumatic Single Station Filter Cartridge Extension Machine (Economical)
Recently, a delegation of overseas clients specializing in water treatment equipment manufacturing paid a special visit to our production base. The visit aimed to conduct on-site inspections of our core equipment—water filter end cap welding machines and pleating machines—and verify their performance through hands-on testing, marking a key step in deepening mutual cooperation.
Upon arrival, the client delegation was first guided to tour our intelligent production workshop, R&D center, and quality inspection laboratory. Accompanied by our technical team, they gained a detailed understanding of the equipment’s R&D process, production standards, and quality control system. Our adherence to international manufacturing norms (ISO 9001 certified) and advanced intelligent production lines left a deep impression on the clients, laying a solid foundation for subsequent on-site testing.
The highlight of the visit was the hands-on testing of the two core machines. For the water filter end cap welding machine, the clients personally operated the equipment to weld end caps of different specifications. They highly praised the machine’s outstanding performance: precise welding positioning (error ≤ 0.1mm), high welding efficiency (up to 30 pieces/minute), and stable welding quality (no leakage, strong bonding). The automatic temperature control and pressure adjustment functions also simplified the operation process, reducing the threshold for skilled workers.
Subsequently, the delegation tested the pleating machine for water filter cartridges. During the trial, the machine successfully processed filter materials of various thicknesses (50-200μm) into uniformly folded cartridges with consistent pleat spacing and neat edges. The clients noted that the machine’s adjustable pleat height (5-100mm) and speed (10-50m/min) allowed flexible adaptation to different product requirements, Width and fold height can be customized according to customer needs, while the integrated dust removal system ensured a clean production environment—addressing their long-standing pain points in filter processing.
During the in-depth communication after the testing, the client representatives expressed full recognition of our equipment’s technical advantages, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. “The on-site test results exceeded our expectations,” said one client leader. “Your equipment not only improves production efficiency but also guarantees product quality, which is crucial for our market competitiveness. We look forward to reaching a long-term cooperation agreement soon.”
Our general manager emphasized: “Welcoming overseas clients to inspect and test equipment on-site is an important part of our commitment to transparency and quality. We will continue to focus on R&D and innovation of water filter production equipment, providing global customers with more efficient, stable, and cost-effective solutions. We sincerely invite more international partners to visit our factory and explore win-win cooperation opportunities.”
