From November 26 to 28, 2025, the 21st Shanghai International Baghouse Dust Removal Technology and Equipment Exhibition was grandly held at the Shanghai Mart Exhibition Hall. Changzhou Shanqiu Machinery Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Zhishuo Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. joined hands to participate in the exhibition with the theme of "Independent Innovation · Empowering Clean Industry", showcasing two core equipment—steel ring strip pasting machine and liquid bag automatic production line, and became the focus of the exhibition with their strong technical strength.

As high-tech enterprises deeply rooted in the industry, Changzhou Shanqiu Machinery and Changzhou Zhishuo Automation have always focused on the R&D, production, sales and service of automation equipment for the baghouse dust removal, purification and filtration, and filter element industries. At this exhibition, the two enterprises launched two core equipment, accurately meeting the efficient production needs of the industry:

Steel ring strip pasting machine: Developed for the key process of filter bag production, it integrates intelligent positioning and precise pasting technology, and can adapt to automatic strip pasting operations of various specifications of steel rings. The equipment adopts a modular design, which is easy to operate and has low maintenance costs. It effectively solves the industry pain points of low efficiency and poor precision of traditional manual operations, helping enterprises increase production efficiency by more than 30%.

Liquid bag automatic production line: Integrating PLC intelligent control system and fully automatic integrated operation process, it realizes the whole process automation from bag making, sewing, folding to counting. The packaging speed of the equipment can reach 2000-2200 bags per hour, with a measurement range of 50-500ml. It supports customization of various bag types such as back sealing and three-side sealing. The stainless steel body combined with ultraviolet sterilization function perfectly meets the clean production standards of environmental protection filter materials, and is widely used in the large-scale production of liquid filter media.

During the three-day exhibition, the two core equipment attracted professional audiences from many countries and regions such as Turkey, Japan and India with their technical advantages of efficient integration, intelligent control, durability and stability. Through on-site demonstrations, technical consultations and other forms, the participating team reached preliminary cooperation intentions with many domestic and foreign intended customers, among which 12 enterprises completed on-site technical docking.
